In the wake of the Germanwings crash in the French Alpswhich claimed 150 lives, several speculations were at play as to what could have caused the crash.
From a terrorist attack to a possible fault in the flight system, several angles were explored. But as of today, investigators have revealed that the plane was infact deliberately crashed by none other than the flight's co-pilot, 28-year old Andreas Lubitz.
Carsten Spohr, the Head of Lufthansa, the German carrier that owns Germanwings said the 28-year old was "100% fit to fly without any caveats".
So what could have led the seemingly harmless Lubitz to kill himself and the 143 other people onboard the plane?
